beltup is published by Kernel Ops SASU, a French single-shareholder company. There is no customer service department, no ticketing platform and no bot: Clément Rat reads and replies, in French or in English.
One address for everything, and a reply within two working days. If your message is about an access problem or a payment, give the email address of your account: without it, the first reply can only be a question.

What you can write about
A question that looks wrong or ambiguous
Give the track and, if you can, the exact wording. The question is either corrected or justified with its source. Either way you get a reasoned reply — a report is never closed without follow-up.
An access, billing or receipt problem
Cannot sign in, access not unlocked after a payment, invoice to retrieve: give the email address of the account concerned. Payments are handled by Stripe and beltup keeps no bank details — the details are in the privacy policy.
A need for a company, a school or a training provider
Rolling out to a group of learners, follow-up by a trainer, reserved question bank: the partnerships page describes the framework, and the licence terms what is granted. Write with the number of people concerned and the target date.
Your personal data
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: these requests go to the same address and are handled within the one-month period set by the GDPR. You can also refer the matter to the CNIL at any time, without having written to us first.
What does not go through here
Two procedures have their own route, reachable without an account and without writing to us. You do not need to ask permission, nor to justify your decision.
- Withdraw from the contract here (Renoncer au contrat ici) — within 14 days of subscribing.
- Cancel your contract (Résilier votre contrat) — at any time, in three steps.
A cancellation email remains valid, but it will be slower: the online route produces an immediate acknowledgement, which is proof of the date.

In case of a dispute
Write to us first: most disagreements are settled in one exchange. If the reply does not satisfy you, or if there is no reply within two months, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator, under article L. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code.
