Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, even partial, of the site’s content without the prior written authorisation of Kernel Ops SASU is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

beltup is an educational preparation tool. The content offered is provided for practice purposes only. Kernel Ops SASU does not guarantee success in Lean Six Sigma certification examinations and cannot be held liable for failing a certification, whatever the cause.

Kernel Ops SASU endeavours to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service interruptions may occur for maintenance reasons or in cases of force majeure.

8. Consumer mediation

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
