You have 14 days from the conclusion of your contract to withdraw, without having to give reasons and without penalty.

If you expressly requested immediate performance of the service, an amount proportional to the service already provided up to receipt of your declaration may remain payable by you. The details will appear on your refund notice.

The acknowledgement of receipt will reach you in French, the language of the contract.
